While you may want to advance DX in the manufacturing site, do you feel that "you don't know where to start" or "you can't connect digital tools to improvements"? In this training, we will welcome Professor Kentaro Minagawa from the Monozukuri Management Center at Osaka Institute of Technology as our lecturer, who will explain the basic concepts of IE. Furthermore, we will practically learn from visualizing work time, waste, and variability using assembly exercises with LEGO blocks and the work analysis software "Time Prism," leading to the discovery of areas for improvement.
