We will be holding an experiential training session combining "visualization" and "Kaizen" using the positional action analysis tool "InQross Kaizen Maker" and the work analysis software "Time Prism." As DX promotion becomes more widespread, we often hear concerns from the field that "DX" has become a goal rather than a means. In this training session, you will experience "visualization" and "Kaizen" in a manufacturing setting while imagining specific ways to improve operations using DX tools!
