Double Gate Inspection Machine [Prevents Oversights Due to Needle Orientation!]
The two sensors are positioned at a 60-degree angle, ensuring that no bent needles in any direction are missed! This is a next-generation inspection device with improved functionality for work record management and inspections!
Due to the principles of magnetism, thin metal objects like broken needles or slender rods may sometimes be missed depending on the direction they enter the sensor gate, resulting in a weaker signal. The double-gate detection machine minimizes the chances of missing broken needles by allowing them to pass through two sensor gates at an ideal angle difference of 60°. This has made it possible to detect small broken needles that were previously overlooked by conventional detection machines. The double-gate detection machine eliminates the need for double scanning, thus preventing errors. There is also no individual variation from operators, allowing for scanning to be completed in less than half the usual time. 【Features】 - Management of the device is possible using dedicated software on your personal computer. - Scanning history can display up to 50,000 entries and includes a search function. - The operation of the belt after needle detection can be selected and set. 【Applications】 - This detection machine is designed for scanning sewn products with attached accessories. 【*For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.】
basic information
By installing two detection units at different angles, the influence of the needle's direction is reduced. In addition to the conventional six positions, it is equipped with three automatic setting positions and free sensitivity (such as my sensitivity in between the six positions), allowing for a wide range of uses from broken needles to regular pins. It is suitable for inspecting large and thick products, ensuring high work efficiency and eliminating individual differences among inspection operators.
