Purafil Select is a chemical adsorbent that removes harmful formaldehyde gas through a chemical reaction. Since it removes it through a chemical reaction, there is no concern about re-release.
By filling the chemical adsorbent with potassium permanganate, various types of chemical substances are adsorbed and decomposed. Since gases are removed through chemical reactions, there is no re-release of gases like with activated carbon, ensuring the reliable removal of harmful formaldehyde gas.

In addition to formaldehyde gas, it is possible to remove a variety of gases such as hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and N-methylpyrrolidone.
