Contacta "DIL Series" [Adopting Push-in Technology!]
The adoption of Push-in technology in DIL contactors (electromagnetic contactors) allows for wiring work to be done more easily, more quickly, and more safely!
DIL contactors (electromagnetic contactors) are powerful, efficient, versatile, and can be combined with all of our products. They cover all output ranges from mini contactor relays (up to 7A) to vacuum contactors (up to 3,180A), making them suitable for global use. With the expansion of our product lineup and the adoption of Push-in technology, wiring tasks have become easier, faster, and safer. We have also expanded the rated current of contactors using Push-in connection technology to 38A (AC-3), enabling remote operation via SmartWire-DT. As a complement to larger contactors, auxiliary relays are used when double safety is required. In the event of an abnormality in the safety circuit, the a and b contacts of the auxiliary relay are designed not to be engaged simultaneously. The auxiliary relays of the DIL A series are equipped with forcibly guided contacts as specified in IEC EN 60947-5-1 Annex L. *For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data available for download.
basic information
The high-capacity contactor DILM can switch motors up to 170 A. Features: - The seven models have been consolidated into four frame sizes. - There are only three width options within the range of up to 170 A. - Auxiliary contacts are built-in (up to 38 A). - The auxiliary relays share the same dimensions. - The AC and DC types have the same dimensions. The DC type contactors have surge absorption circuits built into all models. The AC type features an external surge absorption unit that can be easily installed via plug-in.

Safe switching and protection products for wall-mounted/charging stations for eMobility.
The 4-pole contactor DILMP45 has been tested and certified by VDE specifically for use in wall-mounted boxes and charging stations in accordance with IEC 62955. This certification means that customers who manufacture charging stations do not need to conduct external tests for the wall-mounted box/charging station switches! The DILMP45 contactor is separately marked with the VDE symbol on its rating plate for this purpose. Eaton is the first manufacturer whose contactors have been tested and approved by VDE for this application!

Wiring without screws - Introduction to Push-in technology and compatible products.
With Eaton's Push-in technology: ★ Significant reduction in wiring time! ・Compared to traditional screw terminal connections, it reduces time by 50%. ★ Maintenance-free! ・No need for tightening work during inspection when delivering panels and machinery, allowing for immediate use. ★ Easy wiring for anyone! ・Wiring can be done with Push-in, eliminating the need for screw tightening skills. No need for torque settings on screwdrivers or changing various screwdrivers. ・Automatic wiring by robots is possible. ★ Stable quality of wiring connections! ・Eliminates the risk of terminal screw loosening due to vibration, shock, and long-term use. ・Protects contacts from corrosion even in harsh climate conditions. ★ Products compatible with Push-in meet CE, UL/CSA, and CCC standards. ★ Easy integration! ・Since the product dimensions hardly change, there is high compatibility with existing products. ・Combination installation of screw terminal connections and Push-in connections is possible with a three-phase busbar system.
