Modular PLC XC300

Opening the door to future automation - Eaton Electric Japan's PLC innovates your manufacturing industry.

The XC300 is a powerful and highly flexible modular PLC that enables machine and equipment manufacturers to implement a streamlined, state-of-the-art automation concept. These three models are equipped with high-performance processors, onboard I/O, built-in RS485, CAN, and independent Ethernet interfaces. Furthermore, the VISU-WEB and OPC-UA server turn the device into a communication node for the implementation of system concepts based on Industry 4.0. The XC-303 device can also be flexibly expanded by components of the XN300 I/O system, allowing for the construction of high connection density solutions in minimal space. User management, segmentation, encryption, and certificate-based authentication based on current standards in communication and security technology (TLS/IPSec) protect against unauthorized access to machines and manipulation of user programs. This device also supports CODESYS visualization through password-protected access to an HTML 5 web server (https) and file system (sftp).

Here is the page introducing product details.

basic information

Main Features - ARM CORTEX A7 Dual-Core @ 960 MHz Processor - Integrated CAN and Ethernet Interfaces - Visu WEB (HTML5) and OPC-UA Server - Plug-in Connectivity - Expandable via XN300 I/O System By combining the device with the XN300 series I/O system, you can build customized solutions while minimizing installation space. Both the XC300 device and XN300 modules feature an attractive and unified design, allowing for the implementation of powerful and cutting-edge automation concepts when combined with Eaton's innovative XV300 touch panel. The connection between the XC300 controller and the XN300 system can be implemented locally or remotely.
