Impact Idler Type M (JKC-M Type)
This is a standard product used under the chute of a belt conveyor!
The impact of materials falling from hoppers and chutes onto the conveyor is mitigated by the deformation of a rubber ring shaped like a mountain, reducing damage to the belt and idlers. Please use it for materials with a relatively light specific gravity (1.0t/m³ or less) or those with weak drop impacts. Trough angles of 35° and those not listed are made to order.
