Impact Idler (T-Type) JKC-T Type

Impact idler with conventional type stand specifications.

The impact of falling materials from hoppers and chutes is mitigated by the deformation of hollow-type impact rubber, which alleviates damage to belts and idlers.

basic information

Compared to the M type, it has a higher shock absorption effect, and is suitable for transporting heavy items with an apparent specific gravity of 1.0t/m³ or more (such as iron ore, lump stone, limestone, etc.) or in areas where the impact from drops is relatively large. It is generally selected with the same trough angle as the carrier idler. Trough angles of 35° and those outside the specified range are made to order.

Applications/Examples of results

The hollow-type impact rubber reduces the impact of falling materials from hoppers and chutes by deforming, thereby alleviating damage to belts and idlers. Compared to the M type, it has a higher shock mitigation effect and is suitable for heavy materials with a bulk specific gravity of 1.0 t/m³ or more (such as iron ore, lump stone, limestone, etc.) or in areas where the falling impact is relatively large. It is generally selected with the same trough angle as the carrier idler. Trough angles of 35° and those not listed are made to order.
