Carrier idler with an automatic centering function ideal for adjusting belt waviness and misalignment.
When the belt comes into contact with the guide roller positioned in front of the pivot axis connecting the upper and lower double-structured frame, the frame (F2) pivots within a certain angle range. The resultant force generated at this time, due to the function that returns the belt to the center of the conveyor, allows for adjustments of wandering and misalignment with minimal force applied, resulting in less damage to the belt.

It is common to select at the same trough angle as the carrier idler. The carrier roller (type C) can be used, and since the mounting bolt positions are the same, replacement with existing products is also easy.
