Prevent corrosion of piping caused by fluids! A case study of lining the inner surface of a strainer with butyl rubber.
We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of "Strainer Rubber Lining" delivered to a power plant. A strainer is a type of fitting that connects piping and is a component that can separate and eliminate foreign substances and debris flowing through the pipes. To prevent corrosion of the piping caused by fluids, we lined the inner surface with butyl rubber. To ensure that the basket does not get stuck or move loosely, we also took custody of the basket and carried out the installation while checking the clearance. 【Case Overview】 ■ Type of Work: Strainer ■ Delivery Destination: Power Plant ■ Delivery Region: Chugoku Region *Please check the catalog download button for a collection of case studies that includes 10 other installation examples.
