Introducing the results of our research on successfully producing ultra-high MI pellets for non-woven fabric production using an underwater cutting device!
In this document, we present the results of our considerations when we successfully manufactured ultra-high MI pellets with an MI of 1600 at our Technology Development Center using an Underwater Cutting (UWC) device as a reference technology. The production of high MI pellets used in non-woven fabric production requires advanced operational techniques. We will continue to conduct further studies to ensure that this technology can be reflected in future production machines. We encourage you to read it.
