We are pleased to introduce the successful development of a continuous manufacturing process in the cosmetics field through the application of the high-speed twin-screw extruder 'TEX'. The manufacturing method involves the quantitative supply of main raw materials and various additives such as UV absorbers from a hopper, followed by the quantitative supply of fats from the middle of the cylinder via a pump for kneading and dispersion. By kneading at high speed, we obtain an emulsion-like product with a fine and uniform kneading dispersion state.
