Two-axis kneading extruder "TEX" for bridge cutting.
Continuous production of high-quality recycled products is possible! Introducing the recycling technology by 'TEX'.
We have developed a recycling technology for cross-linked plastics and cross-linked rubber, which previously had no treatment methods other than energy recovery through incineration or landfill, using "TEX." By equipping the system with a screen changer at the front, we can filter out debris that mixes with the crushed material. Additionally, the filter can be easily replaced during operation, allowing for continuous operation. This technology effectively performs cross-link cutting of cross-linked plastics such as wire insulation materials and cross-linked rubber (tires, weather strips, etc.). 【Features】 - Effectively performs cross-link cutting of cross-linked plastics such as wire insulation materials. - Effectively performs cross-link cutting of cross-linked rubber (tires, weather strips, etc.). - Enables continuous production of high-quality recycled products. - Allows for stable extrusion by precisely controlling the resin temperature, which is crucial for cross-link cutting. - All by-products can be collected through venting or slitting. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We will provide the technology of the twin-screw extruder 'TEX' to the chemical recycling demonstration facility.
We are pleased to announce that our company will provide continuous decomposition technology used for chemical recycling to Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. This technology continuously recovers MMA (methyl methacrylate) monomer from used acrylic resin (PMMA) using a twin-screw kneading extruder from the 'TEX Series'. The 'TEX Series' twin-screw kneading extruder is expected to be applied not only for thermal recycling and material recycling purposes but also for chemical recycling applications. To meet societal needs for recycling technology, we plan to establish a chemical recycling center within our Hiroshima manufacturing facility in 2022. Our group will continue to work on developing products that reduce environmental impact and aims to be a company that contributes to the realization and development of a sustainable society.
