Automotive bumpers are currently using grades based on PP resin in many vehicle models from the perspective of improving productivity and recyclability. Since bumper grades require significant improvements in bending modulus and impact strength, the raw material formulation has become complex, increasing the difficulty of compounding. This document introduces the compounding technology of the NEW bumper grade "TEX."
