The plastic-mounted safety screen is a "last chance filter (safety screen)" designed to protect critical equipment from fluid contamination. It is assembled by welding stainless steel mesh to the main body through a unique manufacturing process that provides high performance and long life. The screen features a unique bellows shape designed for easy installation onto resin (plastic) through press-fitting, ensuring secure retention. High strength is achieved through unique welding processing technology. Screw processing allows for simple installation without the need for additional components. Available in various sizes, it can flexibly accommodate your design needs. The IMH screen is a so-called "last chance" filter that prevents foreign substances from entering critical fluid control equipment.

※ Mesh welded with unique processing technology – Excellent consistency and strength The screen is made of stainless steel wire mesh, bonded using unique processing technology to achieve superior reliability and longevity. The IMH insert-type screen utilizes a proven principle unique to LEE, which simultaneously fixes and seals through expansion when mounted in a fixed position. Available sizes are 5.5mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm in diameter, with screen roughness ranging from 40 to 170 microns (absolute). The cartridge type is designed for use at higher pressures. Excessive pressure can cause clogging, leading to the destruction of the screen body; however, the cartridge-type screen uses multiple layers of mesh bonded with high strength, designed to prevent bursting, although fluid characteristics may be compromised. Available sizes are 5.5mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm in diameter, with screen roughness ranging from 40 to 300 microns (absolute). ■ Other options for resin are also available.
