"GB101" is an environmentally friendly shrink film that uses plant-derived plasticizers. PVC is a plastic that has a history of over 70 years since its widespread adoption shortly after World War II and is one of the general-purpose resins. Unlike general-purpose resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, which are made almost entirely from petroleum, PVC is composed of about 40% ethylene derived from petroleum and about 60% chlorine derived from salt. Since salt is abundantly available on Earth, it is not an exaggeration to say that PVC is a resource-saving resin.
