[Development Case] Wine Aging Device
A case where structural design, assembly, evaluation, and packaging were carried out from the design image stage.
We would like to introduce a case study of the development of a "wine aging device" at a major corporation. The customer requested that they already had an image of the product design and wanted us to consider how the actual manufacturing could be done, aiming for a product that conveys a sense of luxury. Therefore, we explored various materials without being limited to plastic, including metal, wood, rubber, and others. We expressed a sense of luxury in the metal parts using a photo-etching technique and also incorporated leather as an accent. 【Case Overview】 ■ Request Details - They wanted the packaging to be ready by the deadline as a gift for an event. ■ Solution - We proposed using a paint with a moist feel for the plastic parts, considering scratch resistance and other factors. - We provided a comprehensive response from parts manufacturing at our own factory to assembly, evaluation, and packaging. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
