【Special Processing Technology】 ◎ Hybrid Composite Resin Hybrid composite resin has been developed as an alternative material to iron bobbins. It contains glass fibers and is characterized by being stronger than conventional plastics while being lighter than iron. ◎ Rotational Welding Forming large bobbins requires very large molds and equipment. Therefore, our company has established a technology that allows bobbins to be formed in halves, melted at the center using friction heat generated by rotation, and welded together, achieving strength equivalent to that of a single molded product with smaller molds and machines. Additionally, since no bolts are used, they can be directly crushed for easy recycling. ◎ Machining When precision is required for bobbins, the surface of the bobbin is machined.
