We perform a wide range of bobbin molding, from small lightweight bobbins to large special bobbins.

In our molding department, we manufacture plastic bobbins using 20 injection molding machines. We utilize molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 180 tons to 850 tons, allowing us to produce a wide range of bobbins, from small lightweight ones to large specialized bobbins. Additionally, we handle everything from mold design and production to maintenance of molds after mass production, and our finishing department performs secondary processing of plastic products. Furthermore, when adopting new materials, we produce test pieces and conduct tensile and drop weight tests using in-house testing machines, only adopting materials that meet or exceed the standard values. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

【Quality Assurance】 1. New Material Adoption Testing When adopting new materials, test pieces are manufactured and subjected to tensile and drop weight tests using in-house testing machines (tensile testing machine and drop weight testing machine). Adoption occurs if the results exceed the standard values. ■ Tensile Test: The flange is fixed, and one side of the flange is pulled upwards to measure the value at which it breaks. ■ Drop Weight Test: The bobbin is fixed, and a weight is dropped onto the flange from above to measure how many times it takes to break. 2. New Material Adoption Testing If data such as strain is required, tests will be conducted at the Nagano Prefectural Industrial Technology Comprehensive Center. Tests such as tensile tests, compression tests, bending elasticity tests, and material analysis can be performed.
