Key part for eliminating uneven illumination: "Light Guide Integrator"

Output to the irradiation surface as uniform light! The issue of irradiation unevenness is resolved through high-precision processing of ultra-thin rods and light guides, as well as high-precision assembly of components!

The "light guide" can output light, which is emitted from a fiber laser, as uniform light onto the irradiation surface by reflecting it within a rod or light pipe. It is a hollow type assembly product with a reflective film applied to the inner surface of the substrate, and it can accommodate shapes such as square, round, hexagonal, and tapered. 【Processing Specifications】 ■ Material: BK7, synthetic quartz ■ Outer dimensions: □1mm to □30mm ■ Length: up to 300 ■ Surface accuracy: optical polishing up to λ/20 ■ Parallelism: 5 seconds or more ■ Effective diameter: within 90% of the actual size *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
