Controllable Gas Spring (KF2)
Introducing controllable gas springs that can be used for stroke lengths ranging from 4mm to 160mm!
The controllable gas spring (KF2) is a member of the gas spring family used within press molds, and it is a type of spring that can lock the piston rod at the bottom dead center (BDC). The return stroke of the piston rod is controlled via a valve installed at the bottom of the spring. We offer two types: "Standard Lock, KF2" and "Positive Lock System, KF2+KP." 【Features】 <Standard Lock, KF2> ■ The piston rod can lock at the bottom dead center. ■ Maximum spring back of 1mm (Standard Lock). ■ The nitrogen gas inside the spring is completely separated into upper and lower chambers, allowing for locking. ■ Can be used as a standalone unit or as part of a piping system. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
