The "Hot Water Injection Retort Sterilization Device" boasts exceptional temperature and pressure stability due to its unique sterilization method that does not directly spray hot water onto the product. With a rich variety of options, it includes energy-saving types with hot water recovery tanks, water-saving types equipped with heat exchangers, energy-saving and water-saving types that incorporate both features, and it even accommodates high-temperature short-time processing methods. An automatic pressure setting method is also employed, which automatically sets the control pressure based on the chosen packaging form (manual changes are also possible). The operation is simple, requiring only the selection of a product from 100 registered patterns.
