Founded in 1906, Hōraiya Honten has been preserving the koji manufacturing method for over 100 years and produces koji-based foods, including miso and amazake, under a strict quality control system. The company, which is committed to its manufacturing methods and quality control, introduced the on-site DX platform "Kaminashi" in February 2022 as part of its digital transformation efforts.
