Plating process: "Glossy tin plating / Matte tin plating"
Coating without lead! It is also used as an alternative to solder plating.
We would like to introduce the plating processes "Glossy Tin Plating / Matte Tin Plating" conducted at Kamiyari Ken. "Glossy Tin Plating" features a relatively hard coating with added gloss agents, used for connectors, bus bars, terminals, and more. "Matte Tin Plating," on the other hand, does not contain gloss agents, resulting in a coating with excellent soldering performance. Since tin is a relatively soft metal, plating on machine sliding parts helps improve compatibility. 【Features】 ■ Conductivity ■ Low contact resistance ■ Solderability ■ Compliance with environmental regulations ■ Lead-free compliance (solder plating switch) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
