Head exchangeable cBN face mill - Cast E'z Disc
Reduce tool change time and frequency in cast iron milling! Compared to insert types, setup time is shortened to less than one-tenth.
Exchangeable cBN Face Mill for Cast Iron Machining With its special blade design, it offers high resistance to chipping, achieving a long tool life. By removing the round saw-shaped disk, all blades can be replaced at once, and since no time is required for adjusting the cutting edge, the setup time can be significantly reduced to less than one-tenth compared to existing insert-type face mills. In cast iron machining, where tool exchange frequency is high, effectively reducing the time and frequency of blade replacements can significantly decrease downtime. basic information
- Patent pending - The disk specification cutting head ensures the accuracy of the cutting edge's runout simply by tightening bolts to the body. - By removing the circular saw-shaped disk, all blades can be replaced at once, and regardless of the number of blades, the replacement time is 3 to 5 minutes. This significantly reduces the replacement time compared to changing inserts one by one. - Height adjustment of the cutting edge is unnecessary, allowing for a reduction in setup time compared to conventional insert-type milling cutters. - High-efficiency processing: Special multi-blade specifications are also available.
