Introduction of a case where systematization of order management has made it possible to operate a store with a small number of staff.
We spoke with Aisai Co., Ltd. about the usage status of "FewTap." In the midst of a labor shortage, there was a need to provide drive-thru orders and in-store orders with a small number of staff. Additionally, there was a challenge to regularly update the menu to prevent local customers from getting bored with it. After implementation, we significantly reduced the time spent on menu creation, allowing us to increase the time spent thinking about store operations. Since we can receive table orders and drive-thru orders through the system, we were able to run the store efficiently with a small team.
