Laser cutting of thick plates minimizes thermal distortion by reducing power as much as possible during processing, resulting in beautiful cut surfaces that help ease subsequent processes. At Kaneyoshi, we have an 8KW laser processing machine, but instead of cutting at full power and full speed, we process while keeping the power as low as possible to achieve smooth cut surfaces.
