At Kaneyoshi, we have a wide range of molds to enable bending as much as possible with molds. Additionally, we prepare molds to allow for processing into any desired R shape with a bender. When combined with laser cutting, it often results in complex shapes, so we also focus on unfolding. Hopper bending and rounded corner rolling are important processes where bending is crucial, but unfolding processing is also an important factor. Our company utilizes the know-how gained from laser processing to achieve diverse unfolding in hopper bending and rounded corner rolling.
