The soot and oil smoke that were difficult to collect due to clogging can now be recovered. The mechanism is patented and is unique to our company.
We have devised a method for collecting soot using oil and obtained a patent for it. Since the soot is recovered and dissolved in oil, it can be safely processed by disposing of the recovered oil. For die-casting machines, we provide collection hoods and ducts. We will design them individually according to the robot's position and installation conditions. We can also recover soot from cupolas (foundries), metal melting furnaces, etc., so please feel free to consult us.
