The 『KNT-4050/01』 is a master that allows for easy and convenient verification of stylus checks that were previously very difficult. It enables the inspection of the stylus under the same conditions as actual measurements, which was primarily done through microscopic observation. During this process, it is processed as a digitally handled contour shape, allowing for the inspection of not only the stylus but also the performance of the equipment.
