It was manufactured using a 1μm reading unit, compatible with high-precision gears due to the noise reduction of the gear caliper.
We have changed the reading from 5μm to 1μm, allowing us to reduce the maximum permissible error (MPE) by half. The electronic unit is a reliable Swiss-made product, which is combined with hardware manufactured in-house by Microtech to create the final product. It undergoes 100% accuracy testing at the ISO17025 certified organization NAAU in Ukraine before shipment. This is a gear digital caliper with unwavering traceability. There are few companies manufacturing gear calipers, and we have started production in response to demand.

The measurement module comes in two types: up to M25 and up to M50, each with a maximum permissible error (MPE) of 0.015mm. The IP rating is 64, so it can be used with oily hands while still providing accurate readings.

Applications/Examples of results
The gears processed by CNC are manufactured with precision, and this caliper is used to supplement inspections through sampling by measuring the tooth width. It allows for measurement of the tooth width at the point where the teeth contact, enabling measurement by setting the position from the tooth tip. Additionally, it is possible to measure the tooth height directly, allowing for various management methods.
