Fully automatic inspection of analog and digital dial gauges is possible.
Analog dial gauges, digital dial gauges, digital gauges with output, differential transformer probes, and digital scale probes can all be measured automatically. The BV model is equipped with a video camera, enabling fully automated measurement through image recognition. Previously, only analog dial gauges were available, but now they have evolved to recognize digital numbers through images, and models without data output can also be calibrated. Applications/Examples of results
