It is a poor conductor of electricity and heat, and has excellent insulating properties. It has strong adhesion to various metals, including iron and stainless steel, and is particularly effective in bonding with concrete, stone, and wood. After curing, it can be easily processed by hand and machine, accommodating various repairs.
