[FLOIL Case Study] Impregnating Oil

Achieved performance stability! Eliminated unnecessary disposal costs, leading to cost reduction.

We would like to introduce a case study of the lubricant 'FLOIL', which excels in low temperature, noise reduction, and durability, used as an impregnation oil. We have been using liquid grease with thickening agents as an impregnation lubricant, but due to its high relative viscosity, sedimentation of metal powder in the oil occurred, leading to a persistent issue of metal powder adhering to the metal surface after impregnation. Therefore, we introduced our product. As a result, natural sedimentation of the metal powder occurred, eliminating the problem of metal powder adhering to the metal and the uneven attachment of lubricating components, thereby improving the product quality stability of the impregnated metal. [Case Overview] ■Challenges and Background Before Introduction - The poor usability of liquid grease led to increased costs and unstable performance. ■Effects After Introduction - In addition to improved product performance stability, cost reduction was achieved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
