[FLOIL Case Study] Mechanism Grease

Improving design freedom and simplifying processes! Many customers who struggle with oil seepage and separation have adopted our solutions.

We introduce a case study of the lubricant "FLOIL," which excels in low temperature, sound dampening, and durability. With the miniaturization and space-saving of products, mechanism designs that reduce clearance have become common, leading to grease application areas being located close to the exterior. However, issues arose where the oil components of the grease would seep out due to capillary action or separation of the oil components. In response, we implemented this product. As a result, areas that were previously avoided for grease application due to concerns about seepage can now accommodate grease application, increasing the freedom of structural design.
