PCR kit capable of detecting bovine mycoplasma genes.
In this series, DNA extraction, screening, and PCR are performed using cultured samples obtained from milk and other sources, allowing for the simple detection of Mycoplasma genes. The Plus Kit series has adopted the PCR supplement Plus, which suppresses PCR inhibition by samples, resulting in improved detection sensitivity compared to conventional products. This kit series is developed by Dr. Goki Higuchi and Dr. Eichi Iwano from Rakuno Gakuen University, applying a rapid and easy measurement technique using PCR. *This product is a reagent for testing and research purposes. 【Features】 ● Capable of detecting the main Mycoplasma genus genes present in livestock animals (does not detect Acholeplasma or Ureaplasma genera, etc.) ● Can be detected quickly and easily by PCR (approximately 3 hours) ● Improved detection sensitivity compared to conventional products.
