Kantum Ushikata Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President: Itaru Kubo) has recently concluded a general agency agreement for sales in Japan with El.En., an Italian manufacturer of CO2 laser equipment. El.En. is a laser manufacturer established in 1981, based in Florence, Italy, producing not only CO2 laser systems but also scan heads and other components. They are particularly known for their high-power models, with peak power reaching up to 2400W. Kantum Ushikata has now begun handling CO2 laser equipment from two companies, including IRADION from the United States, with which they recently signed a general agency agreement for Japan. This allows them to offer products ranging from an average output of 25W to 1500W, enabling support for a wider range of applications.
