The Meca500, a compact 6-axis robot arm with high precision (repeatability ±5μm), features a special light-absorbing coating on its housing, making it a light-absorbing type compact robot arm. It has an absorption rate of 96.5% for wavelengths ranging from 250 to 2500 nm. It is particularly suitable for tasks involving photonics devices and optoelectronics devices, as well as for laser beam alignment and optical measurements, in fields where reflection of illumination or measurement light on the robot's surface is undesirable.
