The "Super Flexstar Belt" is a high-tension flat belt developed for dewatering applications by inserting materials between the belt and the pulley. Due to its high belt tension, it can be used not only for compression purposes but also for other applications such as transportation. 【Structure】 ■ Upper cover: Special synthetic rubber with excellent wear resistance, weather resistance, and alcohol resistance ■ Lower cover: Chloroprene rubber that mitigates external impacts and protects the core wire ■ Core wire protection material: Strongly bonds adhesive rubber and cover rubber to protect the core wire ■ Core wire: Special aramid core wire with low elongation and high tensile strength ■ Adhesive rubber: Strongly bonds the core wire and protects it *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
