The NITTAOMEGA series is an automatic tool changer (ATC) for industrial robots, equipped with Nitta's unique cam lock mechanism. It appropriately connects and disconnects the necessary electricity, air, and water for each tool, allowing a single robot to switch between multiple tools, thereby contributing to the multifunctionality, versatility, and productivity improvement of a wide range of manufacturing lines.

● A reliable and safe connection mechanism using a large-diameter cylinder and cam lock system. ● Unique wear compensation mechanism automatically adjusts for wear, maintaining a strong connection. All consumable parts can be replaced by the customer. ● Each module is integrated to minimize the overall outer diameter. ● Minimizes the risk of interference. The status of the ATC can be checked at a glance through LED status indicators. Connection confirmation sensors and connection surface confirmation sensors are standardly integrated. High-strength, high-precision taper positioning pins are used. Proven usage in over 30 countries worldwide, with a total of over 200,000 units.
