FK type plastic butterfly valve
The material of the main body, PP-GR, has excellent light resistance and lasts long even outdoors! It is suitable for large diameter flow control!
Main Features 1. The ergonomically designed HIPVC handle is equipped with a lock/unlock mechanism, a release function, and a quick operation 10-step position adjustment feature (for sizes 40-200mm). It can operate from the first few degrees of valve opening, ensuring very low pressure loss. 2. Customizable labeling system. The handle-integrated module consists of a transparent protective plug and an LSE set, featuring a customizable tag holder. This allows for the identification of valves according to individual applications. 3. The stainless steel square stem is completely isolated from the fluid and complies with ISO5211 standards. 4. The body, made from polypropylene base (PP-GR) reinforced with UV-resistant fiberglass, is characterized by high mechanical strength. 5. The oval slot drilling format allows for connections that comply with JIS standards as well as various international standards. A dedicated ABS automatic alignment insert is included for sizes 40-200mm, ensuring precise alignment of the valve during installation. 6. The replaceable liner has a dual function of forming a hydraulic seal and isolating the body from the fluid.
