Company S manufactures aluminum parts through cutting processing and is now accepting orders for new HV and EV parts. Until now, cleaning involved merely dipping in a first-grade petroleum-based cleaning agent. With the acceptance of automotive parts orders, unmanned operations such as machining have become essential, and when using water-soluble cutting oil, the previous cleaning method resulted in stains. We also tested water-based cleaning, but it had poor drying properties and issues such as watermarks arose. Additionally, during quality checks after cutting, air blowing transformed the stains into dry water-soluble residues. "WS Emulsion" can effectively clean even dry water-soluble stains.
