[Case Study] Steel and Aluminum Manufacturing Company
Developing LED lighting according to customer specifications! Achieving significant reductions in energy costs.
We would like to introduce a case study where we developed LED lighting according to the specifications requested by our customers in the iron and aluminum manufacturing industry, solving their challenges. In the aluminum surface inspection area, using standard white LEDs made it difficult to see surface scratches due to the light washing them out, so sodium lamps, which are costly in electricity, were used instead. We selected LED chips with a color similar to the existing sodium lamps and proposed a solution that would match the current inspection environment. The power consumption is about one-fourth that of the sodium lamps. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Using standard white LEDs made it difficult to see surface scratches due to the light washing them out. - Sodium lamps, which are costly in electricity, were being used. ■Results - Power consumption is about one-fourth that of sodium lamps. - The color is the same as sodium lamps, making inspection easier. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
