Recirculating distillation system "Wall Wetter" (※Significantly reduced evaporation time)
In a reverse flow evaporator, even if the liquid level drops, the evaporation efficiency does not decrease! It evaporates effectively even in small amounts!
The process of recovering clean solvent from the cleaning solvent is essential for distillation operations. However, it has been a common understanding in the industry that with conventional turbine blades, as the liquid level decreases, the heat transfer area also reduces, leading to a drop in evaporation efficiency and longer evaporation times. In response to customer feedback, the heat transfer enhancement device "Wall Wetter" was developed. It lifts the liquid remaining at the bottom of the evaporation can using centrifugal force and disperses it onto the heating surface, effectively utilizing heat transfer areas that would normally be unusable. This allows for maximum utilization of the heat transfer area, enabling a constant evaporation rate during operation. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.*
basic information
【Main Features】 ○ The liquid remaining at the bottom of the evaporator is lifted by centrifugal force and sprayed onto the heating surface, promoting evaporation through the wet wall effect. ○ The heat transfer surface remains constant from the beginning to the end of the distillation, allowing for maximum utilization. ○ Even in boiling liquid, a downward thin film state is achieved, increasing the heat transfer coefficient. 【Other Features】 ○ Shortened heating and cooling times lead to energy savings. ○ The evaporation rate is kept constant throughout, allowing for evaporation times of less than half. ○ Can coexist with conventional stirrers. ○ Simple structure with few failures. ○ No liquid pooling. ○ Requires less cleaning solvent. ○ Heating, cooling, and evaporation are possible even with small amounts. ○ Easy to scale up. ○ Can complete processes such as sequential addition reactions in a single large reaction vessel, eliminating the need for small reaction vessels. ○ Compatible with glass lining and Teflon coating. ○ Installation on existing equipment is also available for rental. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
