Continuous Evaporation Device "Multi-Chamber Evaporator"
We maximized the simplicity of the single evaporator and the advantages of the multi-effect evaporator.
The continuous evaporation device "multi-chamber evaporator" incorporates partition plates into a conventional single evaporator, dividing the liquid phase into three or more sections, and connecting the separated chambers through connecting pipes (holes). Each chamber can be heated with the same heat source or separately, allowing for evaporation. The principle is that when continuous evaporation is performed in a conventional single evaporator, the interior operates at the final boiling point of the concentrated liquid. In a multi-chamber evaporator, the single evaporator is divided, allowing the concentrated liquid to move between the separated chambers, creating differences in boiling point and concentration within the same evaporator. This increases the temperature and concentration differences between the heating temperature and each divided section, enhancing the evaporation efficiency of the device. basic information
【Features】 ○ The viscosity and boiling point of the concentrate change sequentially in each chamber, resulting in an increased average overall heat transfer coefficient. ○ The structure is simple, making cleaning and inspection easy. ○ By designing movable parts to a minimum, the number of failure points is reduced. ○ The evaporation section is interconnected by holes or pipes, allowing for the concentration of thick liquids. ○ Efficiency is increased several times compared to a single evaporator. ○ The temperature difference can be increased compared to a single evaporator, allowing for a more compact device. ○ The evaporation section is formed as a single unit, resulting in a smaller installation area. ○ The simple structure leads to lower equipment costs. ○ Since the evaporation sections are continuously connected, liquid level control can be managed from a single location. ○ There are no particular restrictions on the division method or heating method, allowing for designs tailored to applications, materials, and installation locations. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
