Short Path Distillator

Distillation operations are possible down to around 0.1 Pa! An ideal device for removing trace low-boiling components.

The "Short Path Distillator" is a short-path distillation device that allows for distillation operations at lower temperatures than conventional methods due to reduced operating pressure. The evaporative jacket type utilizes the evaporation and condensation of the jacket's enclosed liquid for heating and cooling. Typically, water or organic compounds suitable for the desired temperature range are used. By utilizing the latent heat of evaporation for heat transfer and reducing the pressure resistance of the main body to allow for thinner plates, high heat transfer efficiency is achieved. Additionally, the heat transfer medium in the jacket can be cooled, allowing for rapid cooldown. 【Features】 - Optimal for the removal of trace low-boiling components in high-boiling point liquids - Distills heat-sensitive substances in a short time with a single pass - Easy to scale up the device - The adoption of the evaporative jacket enables speedy startup - Roller wiper with a crank mechanism → Allows for easy disassembly, assembly, and roller replacement during cleaning For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
