The "Focus-3000 Mini Box" is a compact-sized, tabletop in-circuit tester. The tester can perform inspections on its own. A computer is only connected via USB for modifications when changes to the test program are necessary. By adding a multiplexer board with 128 pins per board, it can be expanded to a maximum of 1,024 pins.
