Pit Mouth Excavated Soil Measurement System (Ultrasonic) <Soil Management and Volume Measurement>
Data is displayed on the screen in real-time/past! You can check the measurement results on the spot.
The "Pit Mouth Excavated Soil Measurement System (Ultrasonic)" installs ultrasonic sensors near the pit mouth to collectively measure the height of excavated soil loaded onto multiple spoil boxes. Due to its unique ring number management, even if the excavation ring number is ahead, it reliably calculates and records the measured soil volume and soil rate. With the spoil measurement system control panel's spoil monitor, measurement results can be confirmed on-site, and it calculates and displays the spoil volume per spoil box, per formation, per ring, and the spoil rate, saving the data in a database. 【Features】 ■ Collective measurement of excavated soil ■ Comprehensive spoil management functions ■ Integrated management of construction status ■ Data displayed on the screen for current and past records ■ Downloadable in CSV format *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
