[Work Support System] In-House Broadcasting System
Improving operational efficiency! Reducing the burden on operators in the control room and ensuring reliable information transmission over a wide area.
The "in-house broadcasting system" is a system that combines DCS and voice conversion packages, using broadcasting equipment interruption. It outputs registered voice messages (details of abnormalities and countermeasures) in response to alarms or event messages generated by the registered CENTUM DCS. Additionally, it suppresses unnecessary noise by interrupting the broadcasting equipment only during message output. This system reduces the workload of operators in the control room and enables reliable information transmission over a wide area. 【Purpose of System Implementation】 ■Increase in Work Efficiency - We want to eliminate the hassle of operators contacting relevant parties outside of remote locations every time an alarm occurs. ■Clarification of Information - By quickly sharing abnormal conditions within the building, we aim to appropriately allocate personnel and reduce the occurrence of defective products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
basic information
**System Implementation Overview** **<Background>** - The target building has five floors, and alarms could not be detected outside the operator room. - The manufacturing area includes clean rooms, causing delays in awareness of triggered alarms. - To address this, we improved information dissemination by interrupting the in-house broadcasting system with audio messages output from this system. **<Effects>** - Improved operational efficiency - The ability to transmit messages over a wide area has enabled quicker understanding of the situation within the building. - As a result, this led to a reduction in defective products and increased personnel efficiency. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
