This system is a position control system for a multi-axis stage used to inspect substrates, allowing for the control of a multi-axis controllable stage (turntable) from a PC to perform inspections and evaluations of various products. It features an automatic origin detection function during initialization, enabling easy operation of multi-axis position control by defining home positions and various positions. By using various limit sensors in conjunction, it achieves more accurate position detection and various functions such as emergency stops outside the operating range.
